Can I customize the items in my box?
Yes! Unlike the big national companies, we are flexible. We allow 1 Swap per box.
If there is an item you absolutely hate (e.g., "I hate Beets" or "No Mushrooms"), simply leave a note in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. We will replace that item with an extra fruit or vegetable of equal value (like extra Apples or Potatoes).
When will my delivery arrive?
We deliver weekly to ensure maximum freshness.
- Order Deadline: Please place your order by Sunday Night for delivery this week.
- Delivery Days: We deliver on Monday & Tuesday.
- Notification: You will receive a text or email notification when our driver is on the way.
We offer Free Local Delivery in London Ontario.
Do I have to subscribe?
No commitment is required. You can purchase a "One-Time" box whenever you need it.
However, if you want to set it and forget it, we do offer a Subscribe & Save option where you save 5% on every order. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time with one click.
What if I am not home?
No problem! If you aren't home, our driver will leave your box at your front door or in a designated safe spot.
Since we deliver fresh produce, if the weather is extremely hot (Summer) or freezing (Winter), we recommend leaving a cooler or bin outside for us to place the goods in. This keeps your greens crisp and your potatoes from freezing!
Where does the produce come from?
We prioritize Local Ontario farmers first. During the harvest season, the majority of your box comes from farms right here in our region.
During the winter months, we source the highest quality fresh produce from trusted global partners to ensure you still get sweet berries, citrus, and greens year-round. We always choose "Grade A" quality—if we wouldn't eat it, we won't pack it.
